Return & Refund Policy

At 360 Cooking Studio, all of our baked goods are handmade with care and baked fresh to order. Because our products are perishable food items, all sales are final. That said, your satisfaction means everything to us, and we stand proudly behind the quality of what we make.

Order Issues

If there’s an issue with your order—such as an item arriving damaged, incorrect, or incomplete—please reach out to us within 12 hours of delivery or pickup. Include a short description and, if possible, a photo. We'll do our best to make it right.

Cancellations

Because of the nature of the bread making process, orders may only be canceled with a minimum of 4 hours’ notice after ordering on the website, for a full refund. Unfortunately, cancellations made less than this delay are not eligible for a refund.

Missed Pickups or Deliveries

Please be present or available for your scheduled pickup or delivery. Missed pickups or deliveries without advance notice are considered fulfilled and may not be eligible for refund or replacement.
