Shipping policy
At 360 Cooking Studio, our products are baked to order with care and precision. Please review the following shipping and delivery terms before placing your order.
1. Local Delivery Only
We currently offer local delivery within the High Park area and select nearby neighbourhoods in Toronto. If your address falls outside of our range, we may contact you to adjust the order or arrange for in-studio pickup.
2. Delivery Days & Schedule
Deliveries are made on Mondays to Saturdays, in alignment with our baking days. Orders must be placed at least 24 hours in advance and 48 hours in the case of the Sourdough bread to ensure timely preparation and delivery.
3. Delivery Window
Deliveries typically occur between 10 AM and 3 PM. While we do our best to meet the estimated window, traffic and weather may cause delays. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
4. Contactless Delivery
If you request a contactless delivery. Your order will be left at your front door or designated safe place. Please ensure someone is available to receive perishable items shortly after drop-off. When requesting a contactless delivery, 360 Cooking Studio cannot be responsible to what happen to your items when the delivery is completed.
5. Missed Deliveries
If no one is available and no safe spot is designated, the delivery will be returned to 360 Cooking Studio. A re-delivery fee may apply. No refunds are provided for missed or unretrieved deliveries.
6. In-Studio Pickup
Pickup is available from our studio at 360 Cooking Studio during scheduled time slots. You’ll receive pickup instructions and confirmation once your order is ready.
7. Shipping Outside Toronto
At this time, we do not offer delivery outside the downtown Toronto area for our bakery and grocery items. Stay tuned as we expand!
