1. General Conditions
360 Cooking Studio reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. We may modify or discontinue any part of the service without notice. By using this site, you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction.
2. Product Availability & Pricing
All products are subject to availability. We bake to order, and occasionally substitutions or adjustments may be made. Prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and are subject to change without notice.
3. Orders & Payments
Orders are confirmed only once full payment has been received. We accept major credit cards, e-transfer (when specified), and other payment methods as listed at checkout. Orders may be canceled with a minimum of 4 hours’ notice after ordering and payment for a full refund.
4. Delivery & Pick-Up
We offer local delivery in the High Park area and scheduled in-studio pickup. You are responsible for providing accurate delivery information and being available during your scheduled window. Missed pickups or deliveries are considered fulfilled.
5. Return & Refund Policy

6. Allergies & Dietary Restrictions
While we take care in labeling ingredients, our kitchen handles common allergens such as nuts, dairy, eggs, and gluten. We do not guarantee an allergen-free environment.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this site—including images, text, logos, and recipes—belongs to 360 Cooking Studio and may not be used or reproduced without our written consent.
8. Limitation of Liability
360 Cooking Studio is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our site or services. All products are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada.
